What’s the #1 issue with comparability in Compensation?
Not knowing for sure if your job description matches the descriptions behind the roles you’re comparing to!
We’re solving that problem once and for all by creating a comprehensive database of everyone’s descriptions. Then we go dept by dept and create a “unified job description” for each role. The result? You’ll know EXACTLY where each of your roles align with your peer orgs.
Also, when a new org joins our cohort, they’ll be able to “map” their jobs to our “master” list of descriptions so that we always stay in sync.
